Do you think there is potential for the digital marketing sector to grow in Africa with the low levels of internet access there is right now?
Yes, there is definitely potential, Africa is one of the largest emerging markets, especially South Africa. Obviously high data prices and low income in many of the African countries is hindering when it comes to digital marketing where above-the-line marketing is still number one. However with innovations in cellular infrastructure and technology moving forward with leaps and bounds we’re sure Africa’s marketing future will slowly move to digital platforms.
